<p>Hereditary, degenerative, debilitating, fatal or undesirable mammalian disease is treated by: (a) culturing myogenic cells from myoblasts, myo-tubes, young muscle fibres and converted cell types that are normal, genetically transduced or phenotypically converted; (b) administering a dosage of an immunosuppressant to the host, and (c) selecting and administering the myogenic cells or cells converted from them to the host where tissue/organ size, shape and/or function are improved and/or the disease condition(s) are prevented, alleviated or cured.</p> |
