PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure having a design basic size and a method of manufacturing the structure for fastening a first fastening part which is a reference of the structure at first and fastening the other fastening part secondly to accurately obtain a relative position of a member incorporated in the structure. SOLUTION: In the structure having the design size fastened by inserting a fastening rivet 1 from one side fastening member 2, a hole 4 with a diameter greater than that of a fastening rivet 1 is bored in one side fastening member 2, and a hole 6 with a diameter greater than that of the hole 4 of the fastening member 2 is bored in the other side fastening member 3. There is provided the structure having the design basic size, in which the outside holes 4 and 6 in the longitudinal direction of both the fastening members 2 and 3 are fastened with the fastening rivet 1 at first.
