PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a two-liquid mixing/discharging technology, to be used for a device and a method for mixing and discharging two liquids, capable of stabilizing/homogenizing/upgrading mixing and ejection of two liquids and improving the workability at a low cost. SOLUTION: The method of mixing two supplied liquids inside a device to be discharged outside includes a step A1 for mixing a first liquid and a gas to obtain a first liquid mixture, a step A2 for mixing a second liquid and a gas to obtain a second liquid mixture, a step B for generating a two-liquid mixture by further mixing the obtained first and second liquid mixtures and discharging it outside. The step B includes a step B' wherein the first liquid mixture and the second liquid mixture are ejected from different ejecting sections respectively into a two-liquid mixing chamber, where natural convection or stirring motion is generated to mix the ejected two liquid mixtures.
