PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a conductive protrusion from being falling down and to perform an electromagnetic wave shielding function. SOLUTION: A sheet material 12 is arranged on the surface of a conductive frame member, the conductive protrusion 13 formed of a conductive fiber is erected on the surface of the sheet material, and further the protrusion and the frame member are electrically connected via a connecting member 14. The sheet material is a band-like base cloth which is formed by weaving warps 12a and wefts in such a manner that a longitudinal direction is set to a lengthwise direction. The protrusion is formed by intruding a plurality of conductive pile yarns into the longitudinal direction of the cloth 12, weaving the pipe yarns, and cutting the pipe yarns. Further, the connecting member includes a first conductive adhesive layer 21 formed by coating a rear surface of the cloth with a conductive adhesive, a conductive metal foil 23 adhered to the cloth via the first conductive adhesive layer, and a second conductive adhesive layer 22 formed by coating the rear surface of the foil with the conductive adhesive.
