FIELD: transport engineering industry. SUBSTANCE: device has supports, shafts, pivotally mounted pedals, levers, springs and stops for limiting movement. Device is constructed in form of hollow beam, rotating in supports, and a shaft, being coaxial with beam and rotating independently. Ends of shaft and beam are provided with spring-loaded cams containing quickly dismountable backup pedals with a cramp of signaling device. Other ends of shaft and beam are equipped with cam levers, acting on freely rotating tappet-mountable coupling links with grooves, rollers moving in said grooves and fixed on issued pedals of a vehicle for securing firm contact during travel of backup pedals and, thus, securing effect on issued pedals and their independent reciprocal movement with limited travel.
