<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a moving object imaging system capable of correcting the distortion of an image of a moving object shot by a non-storing type CMOS camera. <P>SOLUTION: This moving object imaging system is provided with the non-storing type CMOS camera 1 for imaging the moving object, an image processor 2 having a relationship or table capable of calculating the amount of distortion in the image of the moving object shot from the speed of the moving object, and a speed measuring mechanism. The image processor 2 receives the image of the moving object shot by the camera 1, acquires the speed of the moving object from the speed measuring mechanism, and calculates the distortion amount of the image of the moving object by using the relationship or table, thereby correcting the distortion of the image of the moving object shot by the camera 1. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
