PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve manufacturing efficiency of a filler neck pipe by reducing machining of a machine as much as possible, without impairment of accuracy in an installing portion of a radiator cap. SOLUTION: A pipe 1 forming a main body portion of an injection port for engine cooling water is structured by a gravity casting article, a neck 2 forming the installing portion of the radiator cap is structured by a precision casting article, and the neck 2 is pressed in and fixed to an upper end opening portion of the pipe 1 to be integrated with each other. Therefore, machining of the machine having low efficiency is reduced as much as possible without impairment of the accuracy of the installing portion of the radiator cap, thereby improving the manufacturing efficiency of the filler neck pipe.
