PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To distribute a postal object at a reduced cost, and to shorten a distribution time required for the postal object.

SOLUTION: A sorter device 1 transmits a print data of address information to a printer 2, based on the address information included in the print data, and the printer 2 prints the postal object based on the print data. A distributor selecting device 3 selects information of a distributor having the lowest value represented by distribution charge information.
