PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent blinking of a symbol mark from being unnecessarily annoying display for a driver while utilizing the function of urging the driver to gaze at alarming display. SOLUTION: The symbol mark 38 is arranged in condition display space 30 which is separated from alarming display space 50 performing the alarming display to display an alarm condition generated in a vehicle and performs condition display to display various conditions of the vehicle. When the blinking number of the symbol mark to urge the driver to gaze during the performance of the alarming display reaches a predetermined number, or the alarming display in the alarming display space 50 continues for a predetermined time, the display of the symbol mark 38 is changed into lighting or extinguishing from blinking by a display changing means 7A. Then, when the vehicle is in a non-driving condition satisfying predetermined requirements and the alarming display in the alarming display space is being performed, the display of the symbol mark 38 is again changed from the lighting or extinguishing into blinking by the second display changing means 7B.
