PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nucleic acid probe and a primer used for judging Rh negative.

SOLUTION: This nucleic acid molecule capable of detecting the mutation of a guanine residue (G) existing at the 3'-terminal in the ninth exon into any other nucleotide is characterized by containing a nucleotide fragment which hybridizes with a polynucleotide containing a nucleotide sequence having the mutation in the nucleotide sequence of human RHD gene or its complementary polynucleotide.
