PURPOSE: To provide a method for regenerating a charging member which can easily reuse a used charging member in which a resistance value does not drop sufficiently by surface washing and an electrostatic charge capability has not been recovered completely and to provide a charging member and a device for regenerating a charging member. CONSTITUTION: This method for regenerating the charging member for electrophotography which is pressed to the surface of a body to be charged to electrify the body to be charged includes a heating processing step for applying heating treatment to the charging member. The charging member and the device for reproducing a charging member are provided.
