PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate an influence onto an indicated value of NOx concentration affected by coexisting gas, in an NOx sensor, and to make the NOx sensor used also for measuring concentrations of NO<SB>2</SB>and ammonia. SOLUTION: This NOx analyzer for NOx in exhaust gas of a flue includes an exhaust gas sampling probe arranged in the flue, at least one NOx sensor, and a coexisting gas treating catalyst provided on the upstream of the NOx sensor to treat the coexisting gas in the exhaust gas.
