<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stabilize a control system by controlling a DC voltage so as not to cause an overvoltage, even when a load is cut off. <P>SOLUTION: This device is provided with a variable-voltage variable-frequency inverter 6 that converts a DC into an AC of optional frequency; a car-driving electric motor 7 that is connected to the AC side of the inverter 6; a filter capacitor 5 that is connected to the DC side of the inverter 6; a torque current control means 12 that controls the inverter 6, in such a way that the electric motor 7 outputs a torque current following a torque current command value; a voltage-detecting means 4, that detects the voltage of the filter capacitor 5 or an overhead wire 1; and a light load regeneration control and operating means 11 that corrects the torque current command value, in such a way that the voltage value detected by the voltage-detecting means 4 at regeneration operation is made to correspond to a prescribed DC voltage target value. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
