PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiation image transformation panel which is excellent in the uniformity of an activator in a phosphor layer, high brightness, and high clearness and sharpness. SOLUTION: In this radiation image transformation panel having stimulable phosphor layers on a support body, at least one of the phosphor layers is formed to have 50 to 10μm of film thickness by a vapor phase method, and phosphor films of the phosphor layers have single melting point.
