PURPOSE: A system for managing customer expenses and budgets in a product sales system using a network is provided to enable a product purchaser to manage information on product costs or product budgets, thereby effectively managing the purchaser's budgets. CONSTITUTION: A controller(21) transmits information, performs various operations, and temporarily receives the information. An input controller(22) controls information inputted from a connected terminal or a host computer(3). An output controller(23) controls information outputted to the terminal or the host computer(3). A user master(25) is prepared for every customer card, and consists of user information. An order history master(26) is prepared for every customer card, ordered date including the year, and product code. A fixed product master(28) is prepared for every customer card, and consists of information on fixed products of each user.
