PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toilet seat device which has improved cleaning ability and excellent assemblability and maintainability. SOLUTION: The toilet seat device 15 consists of a toilet seat base 19, a toilet seat part 17 and a casing 16 consisting of a main body case 18, and this is fixed rotatably to a toilet stool 13 by a fitting base 20 to be easy to clean and to secure good assemblability and maintainability.
