<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and an apparatus for producing filling-wrapped Omusubi having good appearance and a feeling of quality, and improved in product value without exposing lines such as abutting lines. <P>SOLUTION: The method for producing filling-wrapped Omusube comprises the following process: separately charging loosened cooked rice (a) into a reservoir part 3 for main body cooked rice b and a reservoir part 4 for auxiliary cooked rice c each in a cooked rice dividing/conveying mechanism 2; pushing the cooked rice charged in respective reservoir parts 3, 4 down to a main body cooked rice molding hole 16 and an auxiliary cooked rice molding hole 17 each of a molding mechanism 14 provided so as to be opposite to the cooked rice reservoir parts, charging ingredients d on the upper face of the main body cooked rice followed by putting the auxiliary cooked rice c pushed out from the auxiliary cooked rice molding hole 17 on the upper surface of the main body cooked rice in the main body cooked rice molding hole 16, and press-forming both of the cooked rice b, c each in such a set state. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
