PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To crush a substance to be crushed and discharge it efficiently. SOLUTION: A pair of rotatable rotors 10, 11 arranged oppositely to each other are installed in a bucket body 8 of a civil engineering excavator with an opened bottom 8a so that a part thereof overhangs outward from its bottom. A plurality of breaking tooth 14 are formed at the outer periphery of the pair of rotors 10, 11 which are rotationally driven by a drive device 15 provided at the wall 8b of the bucket. Crushed substance such as concrete waste is taken in or discharged through the opened bottom corresponding to the rotation of the pair of rotors 10, 11. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
