<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a ceramic laminate that is restrained from being deformed, improved in the adhesion of a conductor pattern to a ceramic green sheet, capable of restraining conductor paste from oozing out, and superior in quality and reliability even when the ceramic green sheets are made thinner so as to increase the laminated ceramic sheets in the number of layers. <P>SOLUTION: The method of manufacturing the ceramic laminate comprises a process of forming a plurality of ceramic patterns 5 arranged at prescribed intervals on the main surface of the ceramic green sheet 3 containing ceramic powder by printing ceramic paste containing ceramic powder on the main surface of the ceramic green sheet 3, a process of forming a conductor pattern 7 between the ceramic patterns 5, a process of laminating a plurality of the ceramic green sheets 3 where the ceramic patterns 5 and the conductor patterns 7 are formed for the formation of a mother laminate 13, and a process of cutting the mother laminate 13 into laminate molded bodies. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
