FIELD: metallurgy; lining of a sintering zone of a calcination revolving furnace. SUBSTANCE: the invention may be used for lining of a sintering zone of a calcination revolving furnace. The lining of the revolving furnace has a laying on the revolving furnace body executed as a bond using refractory products of different wedge-shape. Interleaving of the acidic and basic laying refractory products in longitudinal rows is carried out according to the following in the ratio - (), where L is the length of the revolving furnace (in meters) and D the diameter of the revolving furnace (in meters). At that the ratio of L/D is equal or more than 21. So obtained calculated value of the ratio of the acidic and basic refractory materials is rounded off up to an integer. EFFECT: the invention allows to increase the furnace lining life and to improve integrity of the furnace lining. 2 dwg, 3 tbl |
