PURPOSE: An article packaging filling frame is provided to reduce cost by sharply reducing the wastage of cushioning materials and achieve the efficiency of reducing logistics costs caused by a reduced volume. CONSTITUTION: A main body(1) is of a square frame structure in which both side faces are opened. A backing portion(3) is formed at the rear surface of the main body(1) by a folding manner, the backing portion(3) being extended to such a thickness as an open cut width(3) by using the portion partially made by partially cutting the insides of both side faces to a predetermined width along a knife line and the rear surfaces of both side faces as foldable portions(6).
