PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an emulsified cosmetic for hair fixing, having excellent hair style-forming property capable of fixing the hair as one likes when coated, having strong retaining force and re-hair-fixing of the hair style and not giving unpleasant slimy and glaring properties to the hair. SOLUTION: The emulsified cosmetic for hair fixing comprises (A) polyethylene wax, (B) carnauba wax, (C) a nonionic surfactant and/or a higher fatty acid salt and (D) water as essential components.
