PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively utilize the waste heat of the exhaust from a kitchen to regenerate absorption elements 53 and 54 to be used for desiccant air conditioning in a store 2 having a kitchen, to heat the inside of a heat insulating storage 30 for housing food, while insulating the heat, and to heat the inside of a room. SOLUTION: The waste heat of the exhaust from a kitchen 3 is used for, at least, any one of a heat source for regenerating the absorption elements 53 and 54 of a desiccant air conditioner 50 and a heat source for heating the heat insulating storage 30 for housing food, while insulating the heat, and used for a heat source for heating the inside of a room.
