In the present invention, a sub-frame (1) is fixed to the lower surface of a vehicle body that is provided with side members (3) and a cross member (5). The sub-frame (1) is provided with: a center portion (1a) extending in the width direction of the vehicle; side portions (1b) extending towards the front of the vehicle from both ends of the center portion (1a); front portions (1c); and rear portions (1d). Front fixing portions (1e) on the outer side of the front portions (1c) and rear fixing portions (1f) on the outer side of the rear portions (1d) are fixed to the side members (3), and inside fixing portions (1g) in the vicinity of the boundaries between the side portions (1b) and the front portions (1c) are fixed to sub-members (6). The rear portions (1d) are each formed by being bent rearwardly and upwardly on the outside in the vehicle width direction relative to the side portion (1b) from a bent portion (1h) on the inside in the vehicle width direction.
