<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a block-formed paper container with a flat top surface with which a paper end surface can be protected without sticking a protective tape. <P>SOLUTION: The paper container is made of a laminate sheet 110 including, as a base material 113, a paper sheet with a thermoplastic resin layer provided on at least one of its surfaces. One of edges of the laminate sheet is overlaid on the other edge and thermally welded to form a stuck portion 13 in a sleeve form. The sheet is creased from above in parallel crosses. The upper edge and the lower edge are heat-sealed to form an upper seal 14 and a bottom seal 15. The upper seal is folded onto a container top face 16. A triangular tab continuous with the top face and including an end of the upper seal is folded onto a side face of the container and stuck to form the container top face to be flat. The container bottom 19 is similarly formed to be flat, thereby providing the block-formed paper container 1. Thermoplastic resin layers 111 and 112 at the edge of the laminate sheet to be inside the container of the stuck portion 13 are formed to protrude from the base material 113. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
