PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simultaneously transmit a plurality of signals parallelly by using a plurality of transmitting and receiving beams. SOLUTION: A radio transmitting device is provided with a transmitting station 5 which respectively copies K transmission signals S<SB>k</SB>(t) by N transmission signals S<SB>k</SB>(t) at a time, multiplies each of them by different weight W<SB>kN</SB>for transmission, forms N transmission beams by applying signal synthesis to them by K at a time and transmits the N transmission beams from N transmission antennas 2, and with a receiving station 7 which receives the transmitted N transmission beams as K receiving vectors composed of M components by M receiving antennas 3, respectively multiplies them by weight V<SB>km</SB>for reception and forms K receiving beams by applying signal synthesis of them by M at a time.
