Use of a human á-galactosidase A (á-Gal A) preparation in the manufacture of a medicament for the treatment of á- Gal A deficiency, for example the treatment of Fabrys disease, wherein the medicament is formulated to provide a unit dose between about 0.1 and about 0.3 mg of á-Gal A per kilogram of body weight, and wherein more than 50% of the total glycans of said preparation are complex-type glycans.
