PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoplastic resin composition having excellent qualities in impact resistance, heat resistance, moldability/processability, appearance in molding, and resistance to chemicals by improving the compatibility between a polyphenylene ether resin and a polyester resin. SOLUTION: There is used a thermoplastic resin composition which contains, per 100 pts.wt. of a resin mixture composed of 10-90 wt.% of a polyphenylene ether resin (A), 90-10 wt.% of a polyester resin (B), and 0-50 wt.% of a polyolefin resin (C) (wherein (A)+(B)+(C)=100 wt.%), 1-50 pts.wt. of a hydrogenated polymer of a block copolymer (D) having at least one polymer block mainly consisting of an aromatic vinyl compound and at least one polymer block mainly consisting of a conjugated diene compound and besides containing an amino group.
