PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an intensive cooling device for a refrigerator capable of improving a cooling speed for a high temperature load and quickly and uniformly keeping a temperature inside a cold room by arranging the intensive cooling device inside the cold room for intensively discharging cold air to a high temperature load generation area when the high temperature load is generated in an optional area inside the cold room. SOLUTION: This intensive cooling device is constructed by including a housing 32 mounted to each of one or more cold air guide passages formed on the side wall of the cold room for guiding cold air to the side wall of the cold room, a nozzle 39 journaled to the housing 32 rotationally in the vertical and lateral directions for intensively jetting cold air to the high temperature generation area in generation of the high load in the predetermined area inside the cold room, a temperature sensor 45 arranged in front of the nozzle 39 for sensing the high temperature load generation area while turning with the nozzle 39, first and second driving parts 51 and 61 turning the nozzle 39 in the vertical and lateral directions.
