PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air circulation system for a building, capable of obtaining heating effects and cooling effects by simple, low-cost equipment while circulating the outside fresh air in the building. SOLUTION: The air circulation system comprises an external air passage 14 sandwiched between an outer wall 12 and a heat insulating material 11, an internal air passage 15 sandwiched between the heat insulating material 11 and an inner wall 13, ceiling spaces 10 between stories, an air circulation passage communicating an attic space 8 with an underfloor space 22, and a ventilating fan 31 controlling the airflow in this air circulation passage. The inside of a house 1 is heated and cooled while ventilated by circulating the air introduced from a first air inlet 16 formed at the bottom end of the external air passage 14 or from a second air inlet 18 formed near a water tank, through the air circulation passage with the ventilating fan 31.
