PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably convey reinforcing bars of various width. SOLUTION: A reinforcing bar conveyer is provided with a rise-up mechanism U that rises up a laid reinforcing bar 1 along its radial direction diagonally forward and conveys it. The rise-up mechanism U includes a guide 10 for guiding the reinforcing bar 1 along a slope S when the reinforcing bar is risen up and conveyed, a mount 14 on which one reinforcing bar can be placed, a rise-up body 11 capable of driving the mount 14 up and down along the slope S, and a mount-width change mechanism W capable of changing a mount width L of the mount 14 along the radial direction of the reinforcing bar.
