PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated body in which a non-film face reflective color tone to an incident light being vertical and oblique has not a tinge of red and yellow but has an appearance of a light green to light blue color tone, and which has a high visible light permeability, low radiating properties and low heat rays reflecting properties, and excellent durability, and a structural body having the laminated body. SOLUTION: On one face of a transparent substrate, a film comprising the first, third and fifth layers consisting of a transparent oxide, nitride or oxy-nitride, and the second and fourth layers being infrared rays reflecting layers, and having the low radiating properties and low heat rays reflecting properties, is provided. The laminated body in which the optical film thickness of the third layer is 156-200 nm, the optical film thickness of the first layer is 82-160 nm, and the ratio of the film thicknesses of the second layer/ the fourth layer is >8 and <1.2, and the structural body having the laminated body, are provided.
