FIELD: medicine, veterinary science, microbiology. SUBSTANCE: the suggested method to obtain bacterial preparation based upon lactobacilli deals with obtaining cell biomass due to deep cultivation in liquid nutritive medium, its freezing and freeze drying dehydration. Moreover, before freezing lactobacilli biomass is supplemented with polygluki up to final concentration of 1.5% (weight/volume), pouring microbial suspension into vials is carried out at constant work of mixing device (at rotation velocity being (0.3-0.5)rot(rot/min-1), freezing is performed at the rate of 2 C.min-1. As a result, bacterial preparation is obtained in tableted form at minimum deviation in concentration of alive microbes in vials of the same series, decreased microbial lethality at drying and increased storage terms of preparation has been achieved.
