PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an on-board panel type speaker unit which is not constrained by the shape and size of an installation place and is user-friendly with no limitations of the sizes and shapes of a diaphragm and a sound emitting surface. SOLUTION: The acoustic performance is secured by adhering the diaphragm 110 to the rear surface of a vehicle interior material in direct contact with the rear surface, and adhering a driver unit 120 that gives vibrations in accordance with an electroacoustic signal to the rear surface of the diaphragm 110. The interior material can be used without changing its quality and shape from the conventional one, and the interior material does not have to be changed regardless of the presence of difference in the size, shape, and the number of speakers due to vehicle specification difference. Parts around the speakers do not get dirty because no air movement occurs between the inside and outside of the interior material even though temperature difference occurs between the inside and outside of the interior material caused by outside temperature and air-conditioning.
