<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for processing a laminated steel sheet by which the laminated parts of a laminated steel sheet are welded together precisely and stably. <P>SOLUTION: The steel sheet coated with a lamination resin is wound or subjected to a similar process and lapped, then a narrowly bevelled part is formed so as to make the resin faces of the steel sheet come into contact with each other and the lamination resin is welded by irradiating the bevelled part with a laser beam. As the laser, a CO<SB>2</SB>laser is used, and when an oscillation wavelength of 10.6 μm is employed, an energy exposure density of 200 mJ/mm<SP>2</SP>or higher is preferred. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
