PURPOSE: A coat hook for a vehicle is provided to improve convenience in holding a grip part and to improve the exterior view by installing a coat hook body to the same section as the grip part. CONSTITUTION: A coat hook for a vehicle comprises an auxiliary handle body(1) forming insertion grooves(11,11') on the sides and the bottom of a grip part(2); a coat hook body(20) inserted in the insertion grooves, with forming the same section as the grip part; and a separation-preventing unit. The coat hook body integrally forms a support piece(21) and a hanging piece(22). The separation-preventing unit is formed to a support piece-corresponding position of the support piece and the insertion groove. For the separation-preventing unit, the sides of the support piece are inclined and inclined surfaces opposite to the inclined surfaces are formed to side walls of the insertion groove. Uneven parts(32) are formed to the inside of the support piece and to the bottom of the insertion groove.
