PURPOSE: A heelless midsole is provided to achieve an exercise effect, such as mountain climbing, and correction of a posture at walking, in which a foot's sole is laid on a recessed groove formed at a toe portion of the midsole. CONSTITUTION: A recessed groove(1) of a constant depth is formed at a toe portion on a surface of a midsole. The midsole is formed at a center thereof with a through hole(3), and the hole is widened from an outside of a foot's sole to an inside to conform to a shape of a hollow foot. The midsole has an arched rear end formed with a V-shaped groove. The rear end of the midsole is formed with a ground surface(7) with a circular groove.
