PURPOSE: A panel type stiffener for a concrete structure is provided to heighten the binding strength with mortar and to promote the stability of a concrete structure. CONSTITUTION: The panel type stiffener for a concrete structure comprises: many spring rods(10) manufactured by folding stainless steel wires, whose tensile strength and fatigue strength are enhanced through a shot peening progress, continuously and repeatedly to have elasticity; and many compression clips(20) assembled in the shape of a panel having a lath structure by binding spring rods while the spring rods are arranged in many rows.
