摘要 PURPOSE: A high mobility organic electroluminescence device is provided to achieve improved operating efficiency of the device and prevent dark spots, while increasing the surface mobility during the operation of the device. CONSTITUTION: A high mobility organic electroluminescence device(30C) comprises a glass substrate(301) having a transparency for transmission of light; an anode layer(302) connected to an external positive electric potential and deposited on the substrate by an oxygen compound based material; a diffusion barrier film(310) deposited on the anode layer by a predetermined diffusion barrier material so as to prevent a reaction with the oxygen based particle contained in the substrate and the anode; a light emitting layer(304) deposited on the diffusion barrier film, wherein the light emitting layer emits light by the electrons and holes injected from the anode layer and a cathode layer(306); the cathode layer connected to an external negative electric potential and deposited on the light emitting layer; and an encapsulation layer(320) covering each layers.
