PURPOSE: Provided are a lactic acid bacteria-fermented solution of grain and a cosmetic composition containing the same. The lactic acid-fermented solution is excellent in moisturization and antioxidation as well as turn over effect of stratum corneum. CONSTITUTION: A lactic acid bacterial-fermented solution of grain is characteristically obtained by inoculating lactobacillus sp. to a medium containing 0.1-30% of grain powder(0.1-30% of soybean, 0.1-30% of job's tear and 0.1-30% of indian millet) and culturing it at 30-40 deg.C for 12-72 hours.
