TRANSLUCENT LIQUID CRYSTAL DISPLAY MONITOR PROVIDED WITH BACKLIGHT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a translucent liquid crystal display monitor provided with a backlight and easily viewed even outdoors by emitting light having a satisfactory light quantity without waste.

SOLUTION: A reflection layer 51 provided with light passages 52 is formed at the bottom part in the liquid crystal display monitor 5, a micro lens film 6 is provided between the monitor 5 and a bottom part light source device 7 and light condensing zones 61 are provided in the positions facing the light passages 52 on the micro lens film 6. Light formed by reflecting natural light on the reflection layer 51 is to be a light beam emitted from the monitor 5 and light of a light source emitted from the bottom part light source device 7 is condensed at the light condensing zones 61 once and then transmitted through the light passages 52 to be an another light beam emitted from the monitor 5. Intensity of the light beam emitted from the monitor 5 is heightened by the sum of the light beams.
