PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a leak of toner from an end of a cleaning vessel. SOLUTION: In a cleaning device comprising the cleaning vessel, a cleaning member, a C-end seal, and a squeeze sheet, a filling agent (ultraviolet curable bond) is injected to the outside of the contact surface between the cleaning vessel and the C-end seal.
