PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an HDD, etc., capable of preventing the generation of a head crush, etc., to the most even when the external impact is exerted during the operation. SOLUTION: In a suspension consisting of a load beam whereon a magnetic head slider is mounted, and a head arm continuously connected with the load beam, a dummy weight is mounted at the rear end part of the head arm, and around a center of gravity of those including all of the magnetic head slider, load beam, head arm and dummy weight, the fixing position of a connection member connecting them with an oscillating part of a voice coil motor, is provided.
