PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide remote management control system and management server for an air conditioner for improving managements such as remote monitoring and remote control for the air conditioner. SOLUTION: In this system, a plurality of air conditioners 1 and the management server 2 are provided. The air conditioners 1 are capable of transmitting information including installation position information to be information on the installation positions. The management server 2 centralizedly manages the plurality of air conditioners 1. The management server 2 manages the plurality of air conditioners 1 based on the installation position information.
