<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a housing tray for an excess fiber of an optical junction box for reducing the size of the optical junction box. <P>SOLUTION: An adaptor tray 1 housing an optical adaptor 11 and a melt-stick tray 2 housing a melt-stuck joined part can be stacked. Because the optical adaptor 11 is housed in the tray, the sizes in the longitudinal and lateral directions of the optical junction box using the trays can be reduced. The periphery of each tray 1, 2 is provided with a guide 14 for holding an excess fiber to house the excessive length of an optical fiber, so that the excess length of an optical fiber can be housed and an excess part to be present in the periphery of the upper tray 1, 2 of the stacked trays can be exactly located in the periphery of each tray 1, 2 without loosening. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
