<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular lighting fixture with high design latitude that can offer decoration even on an optical path of illuminating light, and a vehicular lighting system using the vehicular lighting fixture. <P>SOLUTION: A lens part 14 of the vehicular lighting fixture 11 of the vehicular lighting system 10 has a liquid crystal member 14b as a decorative part capable of changing the passage of illuminating light L to permissible transmittance, so as to block an optical path L1 of the illuminating light L. A light emitting part 414n may be provided to illuminate the liquid crystal member 14b so that the liquid crystal member 14b becomes a color liquid crystal presenting a chromatic color. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
