PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a refrigerant low-permeable compound sealing material having pressure tightness, excellent permeability resistance, and very easily manufactured, and a manufacturing method for it. SOLUTION: A resin film 4 composed of a lower resin film from the lower side and an upper resin film from the upper side is brought into pressure contact with an O-ring 2 by a press machine to be coated therewith, and burr generated at the time is removed by polishing, cutting or heat welding lapping. A coating material is applied to the surface of the resin film 4 of the O-ring from which burr is removed to form a coating layer to manufacture a compound sealing material 1.
