PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration-proofing structure with a simple constitution for reducing an influence of a vibration against a working device and a working device frame such as a rail or the like loaded with this working device, and also to provide an erector truck for a working vehicle. SOLUTION: In the working vehicle provided with: a crawler frame 3 for mounting a crawler; and the working device frame 4 placed on an upper part of the crawler frame 3 and loaded with the working device, a rocking support means 13 for rockably supporting the working device frame 4 around a horizontal base axis against the crawler frame 3 is provided. Transmission of the vibration to the working device frame 4 side is reduced by rocking the working device frame 4 by the vibration transmitted from the crawler during traveling.
