<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately reciprocate an object to be reciprocated even if there occur disagreement in starting an analog drive voltage and an offset caused by external noise, in a motor drive 10 that reciprocates a motor 20 at the analog drive voltage. <P>SOLUTION: A drive voltage correcting part 60 automatically corrects the the analog drive voltage corresponding to the amount of the disagreement and the direction of the disagreement, and is arranged at the motor drive 10, based on the positional information of a drive position detecting part composed of an encoder 50 that detects the drive position of the motor 20 and an up-down counter 61, by determining the target drive center of the motor 20, the present drive center relative to the target drive range of the motor, or the amount of the disagreement and the direction of the disagreement. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
