PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an higher alcohol-based oil-in-water type emulsion anti-foaming agent composition in which the thickening/gelating during the storage/keeping is suppressed and the separation of the emulsion is suppressed. SOLUTION: The higher alcohol-based oil-in-water type emulsion anti-foaming agent composition is prepared by emulsifying a high alcohol (A) having 40-100°C melting point and a fatty acid ester (B) having 40-100°C melting point in the presence of an alkyl diphenyl ether disulfonic salt (C)expressed by general formula (1) (in the formula, R represents a 4-22C branched or linear alkyl group; and M represents H, Na, K or NH<SB>4</SB>) in water.
